Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fresh pork or beef
1/4 kilo pork liver
1 onion, finely chopped
1 thumb-sized fresh ginger, finely chopped
10 pcs, kalamansi/lemon, juiced
2 bird's eye chilli, chopped
A little vinegar ( use suka ti Ilokos for a better taste)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Slice meat finely. Add the ingredients, mix well. Serve with wine.
Other way to prepare this dish is to grill the meat until half done before slicing and mixing the ingredients.
