Huevos en salmorrejo![]() Freír el lomo, la longaniza y el jamón. En el aceite sobrante freímos el ajo picado, poniéndole a continuación la harina y añadiéndole en caldo de carne. Haremos una mezcla totalmente homogénea. Vertemos la salsa resultante y todos los ingredientes en un recipiente rectificando de sal. Cocemos 10 minutos

Ingredients:
4 filetes de lomo de cerdo. 4 pinchos de longaniza. 4 filetes de jamón serrano. 8 huevos. 100 grs. de guisantes. 4 piezas de espárragos. 4 dientes de ajo. 50 grs. de harina. 300 grs. de caldo de carne. Aceite de oliva y sal.
Presentamos en 4 cazuelas de barro los componentes con la salsa y añadimos guisantes, espárragos y huevos crudos, poniendo todo a cuajar. Cuando los huevos cuajen está listo para servir.
