Ingredients:

1 kg (1000 g) tulingan, cut into steaks
1 (50 g) medium onion, chopped
1 (30 g) small ginger, crushed
2 (200 g) medium sayote, sliced diagonally
2 cups (800 g) thick cocnut milk
1/4 tsp cracked peppercorns
1-2 pc (1 g) siling labuyo, crushed

227 g (227 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce

2 (100 g) medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 tsp (3.5 g) iodized fine salt
1 tbsp (16.2 g) calamansi juice
3/4 tsp (5.25 g) iodized fine salt



Procedure:
1. SPRINKLE fish with 1tbsp calamansi juice and 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt0. Sat aside.

2. SAUTÉ onion, ginger and sayote. Add coconut milk, 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 2-1/2 tsp iodized rock salt), peppercorn and siling labuyo. Simmer for 10 minutes with occasionally stirring.

3. ADD fish, bell peppers and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes with occasionally stirring.
