Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1 pc (55 g) Chinese chorizo, diced
8 cloves (40 g) garlic, crushed finely
1 pc (30 g) small onion, chopped
50 g carrot, chopped
100 g medium shrimps, peeled and sliced
1 pc (50 g) egg, beaten
1 tbsp (19 g) patis
2 pouches (115 g each) DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1 cup (64.2 g) shredded cabbage
2 3/4 cups (476.3 g) cooked rice
1/2 stalk (7.5 g) green onion, sliced (optional)
Procedure:
1. SAUTÉ chorizo until oil is extracted. Set aside chorizo. Add 1 tbsp oil then saut? garlic, onion, carrot and shrimps. Add egg and cook until just set.
2. ADD chorizo, patis, DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits, cabbage and rice. Mix well. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in green onions.
