Pineapple Yam Gelatin

Ingredients:

1/2 pkg (14 g) Royal Orange Gelatin
1 pc (15 g) egg yolk
2 tsp (4.8 g) Royal cornstarch
234 g (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Chunks, drained


1 small (446 g) kamote, boiled & mashed
1/4 cup (56 g) white sugar
1/2 cup water



Procedure:
1. COMBINE cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, sugar, egg yolk and DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Crushed Pineapple. Cook until thick (about 5 minutes).

2. ADD orange gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add kamote. Pour into molder. Chill and serve cold.
