1 kg (1000 g) beef bottom round 4 cloves (20 g) garlic, minced 2 packs (36 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning 2 tbsp (28 g) olive oil 2 pouches (230 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits 2 pc (0.4 g) laurel 1 tsp (0.4 g) dried thyme 1/4 tsp (1 g) peppercorns, crushed 150 g (150 g) carrots, sliced 1 tbsp (9 g) cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water 1/4 cup water Procedure: 1. RUB beef with garlic, then mix with DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap. Let stand for 30 minutes. 2. HEAT olive oil and fry meat until brown on all sides. Add ¼ cup water and remaining ingredients (except carrots and cornstarch). 3. COVER and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add carrot. Simmer until tender. slice meat and transfer to a platter. Thicken sauce with dissolved cornstarch. Pour over meat.
