Tuna Mushroom Carbonara

Ingredients:
1 pack (175 g) DEL MONTE Spaghetti (Merienda Pack), cooked (reserve 3 tbsp pasta broth)
1 pouch (250 g) DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce
1/3 cup (67 g) canned sliced mushroom
1 tbsp (15 g) butter
1 can (155 g) tuna chunks in oil/water
3 tbsp (27 g) grated cheddar cheese
Procedure:
1. SAUTE mushrooms in butter for 1 minute. Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
2. ADD tuna chunks, pasta broth and cheese. Heat thoroughly.
3. POUR over cooked pasta. Top with extra cheese if desired.
