1 1/2 cups fish,meat, blanched and flaked 1 tsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce 1 tsp MangTomas Oyster Sauce 1/4 tsp pepper,ground 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Cooking oil 2 tsp garlic,minced 2 tbsp onion,chopped 1/4 cup carrots,chopped 1 tbsp celery stalks, chopped 1/3 bottle Papa Banana Catsup Golden Fiesta Cooking oil fordeep frying Coating: 1 pc. egg,beaten 1/4 cup all-purposeflour 1/4 cup bread crumbs Procedure 1. Season fish with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, Mang Tomas Oyster Sauce, and pepper. 2. Saut? garlic and onion. Add flaked fish, carrots and celery. Stir in Papa Banana Catsup and cook until dry. 3. Cool and shape into balls. 4. Roll fish balls alternately in egg, flour and bread crumbs. 5. Deep fry in Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil until golden brown.
