Ingredients:
1 csipet só
4 dl tej
1 db citrom leve
0.5 db citrom héja
5 dl kefir
3 ek cukor
A citromlevet a reszelt citromhéjjal együtt összekavarjuk, ráöntjük a kefirt, mindezt cukorral, sóval ízesítjük, habosra keverjük. Ekkor hozzáöntjük a tejet, és alaposan elkeverjük. Amikor ez elkészült, a levest jégkockára töltjük.
