Ingredients:

1/2l Rotwein
3/4l Fleischbrühe
100g Speck
120 g Mehl
50 g geriebener Käse
3 Esslöffel Öl
Petersilie
Salz und Pfeffer


Zubereitung

Den Speck würfeln und in einem Topf auslassen. Das Öl zum Speckfett hinzugeben, unter Beimischung des Mehls eine Mehlschwitze bereiten. Fleischbrühe und Rotwein langsam unterrühren. Die Suppe auf Teller verteilen und mit Käse und Petersilie bestreuen
