8 oeufs 100 g de fromage râpé 2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche 20 g de beurre 100 g de lardons fumés
Dans un saladier battre les oeufs avec le fromage et la crème.
Dans une poêle, faire fondre le beurre, y faire revenir les lardons. Verser la préparation dans la poêle et laisser cuire à votre goût.
