4 duck breasts without skin (about 200 g each) 3 tablespoons liquid honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon cari Salt to taste
Preheat oven 200°C
In a bowl, mix the honey with the 3 spices. Coat the duck breasts with the mixture until the meat is completely covered. Place the 4 breast in the round dish, salt to taste, cover and cook in the hot oven 35 min. Serve with fresh pasta. You can replace the duck breast by duck legs also skinned. The cari can be replaced by curcuma or caraway or you can also replace all the spices used in this recipe by 3 teaspoons of 'mixed spices'.
