200 ml Olivenöl, ersatzweise Speiseöl
etwas Wasser
Salz
Pfeffer
Zucker
2 TL Senf, mittelscharf


Zubereitung
Essig und Senf aufmixen. Öl nach und nach untermixen. Mit Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer und Wasser den Geschmack verfeinern.
