Ingredients:
100 g de farine 150 g de sucre 4 œufs 500 ml de lait entier Quelques gouttes d'extrait de vanille
Préchauffer le four à 200° (th 7)
Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine et le sucre. Ajouter les œufs un par un en continuant de battre, puis, verser le lait et la vanille, toujours en mélangeant. Verser cette préparation dans un plat à tarte beurré. Laisser reposer 5 min avant de cuire à four chaud pendant 25 min. Ne pas démouler, vous couperez ce flan directement dans le plat de cuisson.
