Ingredients:
100 g de beurre 150 g de sucre en poudre 50 g de farine 100 g d'amandes en poudre 4 blancs d'oeufs
Préchauffer le four à 200° (th 7).
Faire fondre le beurre 1 min 30 au micro ondes ou au bain-marie Dans un saladier, mélanger le sucre, la farine et la poudre d'amande. Ajouter le beurre fondu et les blancs d'oeufs. Bien battre le tout à l'aide d'une spatule. Verser la préparation dans les moules à financiers beurrés et cuire à four chaud pendant 15 min.
