1,200 kg de chou fleur 600 g de b'oeuf haché 1 oignon émincé 2 gousses d'ail 1 cuillère à soupe de persil ciselé 50 g de gruyère râpé persil, sel, poivre
Faire cuire le chou fleur et le réduire en purée.
Préchauffer le four à 180° (th6) Dans un robot, mettre la viande, l'oignon émincé, l'ail, le persil, sel et poivre. Mixer. Dans un plat à service allant au four, disposer la viande hachée puis la purée de chou fleur.
