Welcome to Colwyn Bay's Premier Restaurant
No other bistro on the North Wales Coast has a beach view like the Rhos Harbour Bistro. It is unique in its location with unbridled views across the Irish Sea.
Built in the 1950's the Bistro, then known as Rhos Point Cafe, was established by a local entrepreneur called Charlie Payne. During the heyday of that time the cafe flourished and became a landmark for tourists and locals alike.
We have three seating areas to choose from. Inside, the Bistro, at the rear our Tea Garden with views across the Bay and at the front our Patio area. This choice means, whatever the weather, You can choose to sit in a variety of comfortable surroundings, relax and let us look after You.
We have undertaken and completed some major improvements to the Bistro. We have totally re-floored the restaurant with stunning solid oak and have built in a new ramp to the upper seating area which now makes easy access for either wheelchair or pushchair users to enjoy our unique views across the Bay.
