Why OLÉ in Boracay, you may ask when there are so many restaurants in sunny Boracay?
The Answer is that the word OLÉ means Good Job or Well Done and this unique Spanish restaurant does accomplish a "Good Job" and a commendable "Well Done" on both Food and Service in addition to having a great Latin-type atmosphere. The specialties of Olé are Spanish, Mexican & Cuban dishes and over twenty-five different Tapas (both cold & hot appetizer size dishes), with such favorites as Gambas al ajillo, Manchego Cheese, Jamon Serrano, Calamares & Patatos Bravos.
OLÉ also serves delicious imported Filet Mignon Steaks and scrumptious Seafood including Lobsters, Crabs, Shrimp, Prawns, Mussels, Clams, etc. Favorites include Mexican Fajitas, Cuban Palomilla Steak with Black Beans, and OLÉ most famous dish of all, Spanish Paella. OLÉ has eight different varieties of Paella and it can be served for two, four or six persons. In addition there are Soups, Salads, Pastas and Tortillas. Delectable Chicken & Fish Dinners complement the already very varied menu.
Indeed there is something for everyone. There is even a special children's menu. This restaurant has meals for every budget. You may even ask for their budget conscious menu which features meals starting at Php79.
The Spanish national drinks, Sangria is mouth watering here and it highlights a complete wine list featuring the wines of Spain, France, American, Australia and Chile. If you like good things in life then OLÉ is the place. OLÉ has a complete bar (with over 20 Imported Beers) and it's owner can be found almost nightly drinking a good Scotch or a Guinness Draught at the bar, he states that Johnny Walker and he go back a long way. You may see your friends here having a Mango or a Banana Shake or one of the drink menus Special Shakes.
In Summary, the reasons why OLÉ is so popular are it's great and tasty food, it's varied menu, it's wonderful service, it's unique ambience and it's all smiling and great looking wait staff in addition to having a full bar and exceptional wine list. You must experience this three year old restaurant located centrally in D'Mall, Boracay.
