TRES OLMOS BARREL FERMENTED
-French oak barrels accommodate this single-varietal white wine (100% Verdejo), produced from the oldest vineyards of the estate, during fermentation and the subsequent ageing process.
Intense straw yellow colour. Great bouquet due to the coexisting of varietal and barrel ageing notes giving away a range of toast, cocoa and fennel aromas but suggesting ripe white fruit. .
Unctuous, fat and lingering though fresh and fruity mouth, with a subtle toast note on the finish.
The marriage of this wine with any dish or appetizer is good as it contains powerful tannins.
