PINOT BIANCO VILLA RUBINI
Pinot Bianco is an old Burgundian variety. It’s also known as Pinot Blanc or Weissburgunder and is considered one of the most refined wines. Rubini’s Pinot Bianco vineyard is located in the high hills of Spessa.
Pinot Bianco is straw yellow in colour with a bouquet of fine, delicate slightly floral notes.
The taste is soft, smooth and dry with a good acid balance and a subtle hint of crusty bread. A smooth back palate is the last sensation of this wine.
