Elevage 12 mois en fût de chêne, avec 30 % de fûts neufs
Dégustation Jolie robe rubis.
Arômes de fruits noirs (cassis), toasté, et d'épices.
Belle rondeur en bouche, avec des tanins fins.
Finale épicée persistante.
